Responsibilities:
Collect and analyse price information, required man-hours in cost calculation
Make price calculation based on technical specifications / material list
Prepare offer letter and commercial conditions carefully
Close liaison with Project Engineers to understand key problems related with price and scope
Close liaison with technical buyer during commercial discussion with suppliers
Assist technical / commercial meetings with customers, partners and/or suppliers in the preliminary
draft phase
Accompany Sales Manager to present/ defend the commercial offers to customers
Work closely with Purchasers, Marketing, Engineering and Accounting
Understand financial aspects of project; cost estimates; implications of terms of payment; company procedures; accounting related issues;
Supplier sourcing
Assistant Contract Management / Project Management
