Responsibilities:

Supply:
- Develop and manage supply strategies for Shell Retail business in China
- Provide support to Joint Ventures (JV) on negotiation of prices & volumes for term and spot supply with third party suppliers
- Ensure fuels purchased from all sources meets specifications and quality requirements.
- Monitor and report competitor supply and trading activities.
- Develop and maintain Supply Contingency/Continuity Plans.
- Manage all Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) matters related to the supply chain.

Distribution:
- Develop and manage retail distribution strategy for each JV
- Develop contractors management system and performance KPIs and implement plans for sustained Road Transportation HSSE improvement.

People:
- Develop retail supply and distribution organization.
- Develop the supervisory and managerial competencies of key staff (both at JV and corporate level)
- Enhance the professional, technical and operational competencies of entire team through coaching, structured training, cross-posting and personal career development.
- Motivate and develop front-line staff to maintain high productivity level, continuous improvement, robust HSSE and business controls.

Requirements:

- Supply chain management experience with 3rd party suppliers, distributors and contactors
- Supply chain planning and logistics operations experience are also preferred
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in related field is preferred
- Have both HSSE management. and JV experience
