Responsibilities
- Provide installation, commissioning, on-site training, trouble shooting, telephone-support and maintenance of Waters instruments at customers’ sites
- Maintain high focus on customer satisfaction and respond professionally to customers needs
- Prepare reports, logs and documentation of service and repair activities; prepare service reports; maintain up-to-date manuals, service notes, drawings, and other materials needed for work effectiveness.
- Document servicing work in progress, completed work, and other necessary tracking paperwork; submits required paperwork on a timely basis to supervisors and department manager.
- Provide technical support to sales team and generate service revenue for the territories assigned.
- Maintain good job efficiency by constantly reviewing the time utilization of own activities
- Ensure achievement of high level of customer service and customer relations
- Provide advice on product applications, deliver high quality customer service standard and perform service recovery.
- Carry out post-sales training program to customers
