Job Description:
1.Business partner with Operations Director, HR and Sales Leaders to drive down costs and improve profitability, maximize efficiencies and deliver results;
2.He/ she is responsible for the day to day running of the finance function, manage the monthly close process, prepare and review forecasts and budgets, review CAPEX;
3.He/ she is expected work closely with client service, managers and staff to provide accurate and timely financial information;
4.It is significant emphasis on reporting and compliance and controllership issues;
5.Work with internal/ external auditors;
6.Work with Shared Service team for transactional processing efficiencies;
7.Has detailed knowledge in Tax reporting, US GAAP reporting the FCPA/SOX compliance regulations;
8.Ability to collaborate with the operation/ sales team and able to work under pressures;
9.He/ she is expected to ensure timely submission and compliance of all the financial & tax statements required by the local government;
10.To assist and strengthen the internal control system and ensure all the internal control are in place properly.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting;
2.Familiar with Chinese tax law & regulations; CPA qualified is best; SOX experience is favorable;
3.7-10 years practical accounting experience in a medium to large international organization, including the commercial and manufacturing organization. American MNC experience is a must;
4.Strong leadership and mentorship. Management experience of a team of 10 people & above;
5.SAP & Hyperion & strong skills in Excel/ PPT;
6.Fluent English in both written and oral;
