Position Specifications:
Oversee warehousing functions through daily warehousing activities, cycle count, annual stock count, forwarding and related third party vendors monitoring　

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor warehouse assistant daily functions in goods receiving/issues functions
2. Ensure system & physical quantity accuracy through daily cycle count and annual stock take
3. Ensure materials received in good quality with correct quantity
4. Ensure good packaging quality through establishing new packing specifications
5. Optimization of warehouse layout to increase storage capacity and warehouse capabilities
6. Assist Inventory Controller in managing safety stocks qty and warehousing reporting
7. Managing third party warehouse vendor and perform weekly inventory reconciliation
8. Ensure and maintain Warehouse 5S & EHS Compliance

Requirements:
1. Preferably Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of working experience in Warehousing/Logistics Management functions
2. SAP or relevant ERP system knowledge　is mandatory
3. Good written and verbal communication skill in English
4. Excellent leadership and organizing skills
5. Customer Service oriented
6. Positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure
7. Proficient Microsoft Office skills and knowledge
8. Candidate with forklift driving license is preferred
