Position Specification:
1. Ensure smooth inbound and outbound transportation, as well as storage service, with geographic coverage in mainland China, Hongkong and Taiwan
2. Responsible for vital working approach to sustain and constant improvement in Logistics field
3. Coordinate trade compliance matter with relevant and ensure the necessary control and alignment act in Operation
Basic Accountabilities:
1. Collect market/customer feedback, perform data analysis, and define functional strategic step and near-term working target
2. Develop robust daily working procedure and solid KPI to ensure delivery on target
3. Rationalize Logistics relevant cost structure and optimize Logistics solution continuously, to keep total Logistics expenses at competitive level
4. Ensure competitiveness of spot quote or annual deal
5. Negotiate with Provider for best company interest and sign Service Level Agreement
6. Spearhead the efforts in claims handling and reverse Logistics
7. Maintain proactive and interactive working relationship with global forwarder, to realize cost and time rationalization opportunity
8. Develop effective selection, introduction and assessment mechanism for Logistics and any 3rd party service provider
9. Act as company’s ambassador when there is any work involved with relevant government bodies, e.g. Customs
10. Ensure the advisory capacity in terms of trade compliance, and work with impacted function to finalize the strengthen act of control or alignment
11. Provide comprehensive Logistics statistic upon management need
