KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all aspects of the finance services for Realton Corporation (Cayman Islands registered company) and its subsidiaries in operations, sales and marketing activities in China and outside China.

In charge of day-to-day operational accounting, financial planning and analysis, consolidation and reporting, budgeting, credit, forecasting, AR/AP, customs, transfer pricing, and decision support for a business with revenues approaching multi-million US dollars.

Provide support for business strategy, growth, and performance analysis.

Provide financial reports, updates and guidance to the company’s Board of Directors.

Very familiar with the tax and accounting differences in the three difference system: China GAAP, U.S. GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

A strong financial leader who can address the statutory accounting and reporting requirements, while also contributing to the strategy, planning, execution, and overall management of the businesses activities.

Good understanding of channels and distributors, medical device sales and market in China.

Possesses strong business acumen; strong analytical skills; excellent grasp and detailed understanding of business performance metrics.

Native in Chinese (Mandarin), fluent in English (verbal and written).
