Job Responsibilities:
Maintain &double check employee’s information in HR software(peoplesoft)
Mornitor Monthly payroll preparation independently and ensure accurate salary payout on time and accurate
Answers questions from employees related payroll
Mornitor and optimize suitable insurance (mandatory & supplementary) package for all employees of company;
Annual review and collecting and check social insurance, Housing fund and supplementary insurance with agencies
Answers questions from employees related insurance- mandatory and supplementary insurance
Prepare General ledger file of monthly personal cost to F & A; and Payroll monthly summary report to HRM
Responsible for IIT issues;
Review and optimize C&B system in right position of marketing
Requirements:
University degree, 3-5 years working experiences in payroll field;
Familiar with 3P concept
Good computer skill especially in excel and Platinum payroll system;
Good communication skill both English and Chinese
Proactive and carefulness
Good time management; work under pressure, team work spirit
