职位描述
1、制定公司年度人力资源培训规划和预算,并具体实施培训工作;
Formulate annual HR training programs and budgets for the company; in charge of the implementation of specific training.
2、起草、修改和完善培训相关制度、流程,建立培训需求体系;
Draft, revise and improve relevant training policies and processes; establish a system of training and development needs of the company and its employee.
3、制定培训计划并组织实施,监控培训过程,评估培训效果,组织培训考核;
Develop training plans and organize the implementation; monitor training process, evaluate training effectiveness and conduct training examination.
4、拓展培训渠道和资源,评估外部培训机构及师资;
Expand training channels and resources; evaluate external consultants and training providers.
5、组织开发培训课程及编写培训教材,独立完成部分销售类课程的内部培训;
Develop training courses and compile training materials; conduct part of the inner trainings on sales courses.
6、内部培训师团队的建设,为内部培训师提供咨询和指导,管理日常工作;
Develop a team of training professionals in the company and provide advice and guidance to inner trainers; manage HR daily work.
7、建设、发展、宣传企业文化;
Establish, develop and promote corporate culture.
8、协助参与设计及实施公司人才培养和发展计划。
Assist in the design and implementation of training and development plans for all the staff.
任职条件
1、医药学、人力资源管理或营销类专业本科以上学历;
Bachelor degree or above; Medicine, human resource or marketing related.
2、三年以上培训管理与组织实施经验,医药销售管理经验优先;
At least three years’ training management and implementation experience; management experience in medical sales would be a preference.
3、精通现代企业经营管理理念及管理技术,熟悉管理培训资源,管理咨询培训流程及关键步骤;
Proficient in modern enterprise operation and management concept; familiar with the management of training resources; manage training consultancy process and key steps.
4、具有较强的亲和力和敬业精神,为人正直、诚实,性格开朗;
Strong affinity and professional dedication; upright, honest and pleasant personality.
5、思维敏捷,具有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力及分析问题、解决问题的能力,良好的文字和语言表达能力;
Quick minded; strong ability to organize, coordinate, analyze and solve problems; good writing and communicating skills.
6、良好的英文听说读写能力。
Good command of English in listening, reading, writing and speaking.
7、良好的办公软件操作能力。
Good knowledge of office software.
