1、制定公司年度人力资源培训规划和预算,并具体实施培训工作;
Formulate annual HR training programs and budgets for the company; in charge of the implementation of specific training.
2、起草、修改和完善培训相关制度、流程,建立培训需求体系;
Draft, revise and improve relevant training policies and processes; establish a system of training and development needs of the company and its employee.
3、制定培训计划并组织实施,监控培训过程,评估培训效果,组织培训考核;
Develop training plans and organize the implementation; monitor training process, evaluate training effectiveness and conduct training examination.
4、拓展培训渠道和资源,评估外部培训机构及师资;
Expand training channels and resources; evaluate external consultants and training providers.
5、组织开发培训课程及编写培训教材,独立完成部分销售类课程的内部培训;
Develop training courses and compile training materials; conduct part of the inner trainings on sales courses.
6、内部培训师团队的建设,为内部培训师提供咨询和指导,管理日常工作;
Develop a team of training professionals in the company and provide advice and guidance to inner trainers; manage HR daily work.
7、建设、发展、宣传企业文化;
Establish, develop and promote corporate culture.
8、协助参与设计及实施公司人才培养和发展计划。
Assist in the design and implementation of training and development plans for all the staff.
