Job Description
This is an exciting position for a 29-39 year old is looking for all of the excitement and challenges of growing sales for a multi-platform media company created to develop and distribute content throughout China. You will be part of an energetic team responsible for sales in mainland China and you will have the opportunity to grow our global footprint in Chinese-language markets internationally.

A degree holder in Sales, Marketing or Business, you will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the media or broadcasting sector or a media advertising agency. This role requires excellent brand and market knowledge and agency contacts. The preferred candidate would have sound experience working with International brands in beauty, fashion, consumer goods or service segments. You would have established networks and contacts in multinational consumer product companies and service organisations as well as at creative and media agencies. You will have expertise in developing strong creative advertising proposals that meet the marketing and brand objectives of external clients. A key focus of the role will be to cultivate effective, long term relationships with major clients and advertising agencies. You will also be expected to identify and penetrate both existing and new accounts that generate revenue opportunities. You will have an analytical mindset and a strong sales commitment to achieve objectives in line with the business plan. Bi-lingual English and Chinese language skills are required. You will also have high attention to detail; strong oral and written communication skills; high oral and written presentation skills. MBA preferred. Experience in branded content creation and integration across media platforms will be highly regarded.
