Reporting to: Commercial Manager
Location: Based in Beijing
Responsibilities:
Establish law abiding contracts, Partnership Contracts, Sales, Purchase and Lease based on Chinese accounting rules and regulations, company procedures and strategies par rapport to terms and conditions, rights and obligations, problems and solutions, liabilities and indemnities, liquidated damages, claims
Ensure Purchase Contract is coherent with relevant Sales Contracts
Handle issues regarding Intellectual Property, Patents, Utility Model, Copyright, Know-how
Active role/Assistance in Commercial Discussion during Contract Negotiation with sub-contractors and customers
Develop & implement Contract Strategy; understanding the contractual environment
Liaison with customers & suppliers on commercial & contractual aspects of the project
Advise on bid qualifications
Liaison with Paul Wurth Group Companies.
Qualifications:
University Graduate from reputable Chinese Universities ( Major in commercial law or civil law)
At least 1+ years in contractual issues in MNC
High motivation level, self starter with contractual negotiation skills
Fluent Communication English & Chinese Skills
Ability to understand and interpret legal terms and conditions for commercial contract
