Based: Beijing
Responsibilities:
Source, compile internal & external training proposal
Coordinate training programs according to company regulation
Evaluation; reporting and follow up training programs
Orientation Training and introduction of working practices for new staff
New Staff on board issue
Application of Expatriates Work Permit and Visa
Local staff Personal File transfer
Timesheet preparation, collection & calculation and analyses
HR reporting
Assist audit from ISO, internal and external
Support HR Department on miscellaneous affairs
Be prepared to take other duties
Qualifications:
University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
In depth experience on personnel training matters
5+years related working experience (of which 3 yrs work experience in heavy industry multinational company shall be an advantage)
Excellent English & Chinese listening, writing and communication skills
Good MS office skills
