- Executive Decision Making Support
- Lead and analyze GCG ITS Business Information and Report
- Develop Business Matrix/Index and enable the Business Strategy
- Track BU Business Health and Highlight Potential Risk
- Work with Marketing, F&P and related aligned functions
- Assist ITS GM to develop Business Plan to enable Growth Initiatives
- Assist ITS GM to develop coverage plan and coverage Model
- Analysis go to market routes effectiveness
- Ensure Effective Operational Controls
- Lead & facilitate country Special Projects

Required Skills
- Sales/Sales & Business Operation/Services background is preferred
- Previous resource management related experience would be a plus
- Executive decision support skill
- Good communication skill
- Cross BU project management skill
- Good English skill
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Ability to work independently with creative thinking
