We are looking for the talents to join us to innovate in this WebSphere/SOA foundation product and collaborate with our clients.
CDL Voice & WAS install Development team is responsible for developing IBM's voice & WAS products, ,WebSphere Voice Response(WVR), Websphere Translation Server and Websphere Application Server . We are currently the owner of product testing & Dev and level-3 support. We are looking for talents with developing skills across CDL and external.
Job Responsibilities

The developer will have opportunities to develop deep skills and knowledge in WVR, IBM IVR (Interactive Voice Response) product, to work closely with worldwide senior technical people.

Provide WVR L3 support and testing.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Knowledge of developing approaches and techniques
Programming skills (preferably Java)
Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
AIX System Administration
CMVC
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
Team Player
Self motivated and quick learner

Desirable Skills:
STAF and STAX automation frameworks
Scripting languages (i.e. Perl, Javascript)
Knowledge of telecom technologies, specifically related to contact centre environments.

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
Bachelor, Master or Ph.D degree major in Computer Science or related.
