Responsibility:
1) Perform reception duties
2) Attend to phone calls and visitors
3) Handle incoming / outgoing mails, faxes & courier services
4) Co-ordinate office equipment & furniture servicing, repair & maintenance
5) Source & maintain stock level of stationery
6) Liaise with relevant contractors to ensure office premises is well maintained at all times
7) Provide general administrative support
8) Other ad hoc duties as per assigned
