Working Location: Beijing

Report to: China Country Manager (CCM) and the Regional Franchise Development Manager (RFDM)

Job Summary:

To enhance the communication and the relationship between BML and the Greater China importer and dealers (Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
To assist the CCM and the RFDM in coordination with importer and dealers on sales, after sales, parts and accessories, network and Franchise development
To coordinate sales and marketing and Franchise development activities in the region and assist the CCM and RFDM in the promotion of the Bentley brand in China and the development of vehicle sales in Greater China
To ensure the smooth running of the Bentley China office through coordinating and managing the daily office operation (expenses, travel organization, visits from Crewe, and liaise with VGC key contacts)
To assist in controlling the Beijing office budget through liaison with the VGC Finance and Administration Departments

Education / Experience / Official Qualification

Multifunctional
Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
High level proficiency in Word, Excel, Power-point etc
Proactive and good interpersonal skill
High level of self motivation and ability to undertake certain tasks in the absence of the line managers
