Position Description:

- Located in Volkswagen's Regional Headquarters ( Beijing )
- Reports to Director - Strategy and Corporate Development
- Member of Volkswagen's Strategy and Corporate Development Department
- Main Tasks:

Lead the process of development of long-term corporate strategy
Manage the projects of corporate business development, including new products/services or new geographic areas
Deliver to top management and operational management the strategic opinions and expert insights on government policies, industrial trends, competitors moves, and implications to VGC
Initiate the functional strategic projects which have high impacts on group performance and help implementation
Deliver the strategy presentations for internal/external uses with excellent quality within the timeframe specified by top management
Others, such as managing the department analyst/intern, and etc.

Position Requirements:

College education, MBA preferred
8-10 years of corporate strategic planning and wholesales management experience, there of 5-8 years in the automotive sector and 3-5 years in managerial experience
Strategy management consulting experience preferred
Automotive knowledge and relative product technology knowledge
Professional knowledge in channel and distribution management
Financial management knowledge, project management knowledge and basic engineering manufacturing knowledge
Excellent oral and written expression ability
