Under the direction of the senior management,responsible for the implementation and management of the Lean principles applicable to circumstances / Environment. Working closely with local management teams, the incumbent will manage the various lean functions , including but not limited to:

·　　　　　 Safety
·　　　　　 Environment
·　　　　　 Production maintenance
·　　　　　 Office and Administration areas
·　　　　　 Engineering
·　　　　　 Finance

Preferably with 5 years hands on experience implementing lean in a manufacturing / Office environment. In addition the candidate would have extensive experience in a manufacturing environment which would include a very sound appreciation of Supply management. Ideally the candidate would posses enough hands on experience in the above areas to be able to identify short comings in a totally integrated manufacturing facility and have the ability to recommend solutions in line with Lean applications.

The candidate must be able to physically get involved in the implementation of lean principles in the manufacturing environment as well as the Office environment.
Ideally the candidate would have a mechanical Engineering Degree with Industrial Engineering experience or exposure.

Language : Cantonese / Mandarin and English
Travel required: Mostly domestic travel over 50%, International travel minimal as when required
