The positions will be a part of an internal “AX Center of Excellence” within our Shared Services organisations in order to improve the quality and speed of ongoing and future AX implementations as well as ongoing support activities. The implementations will initially be focusing on group companies located in Asia Pacific and Europe. The positions will drive, support and participate in the local and divisional ASSA ABLOY implementations/installations of Microsoft Dynamics AX with expertise in one or more functional areas.

Main areas of responsibility includes
Facilitate, planning and secure that our AX implementations are following best practice both in project set-up and functional usage
Deliver AX expertise in a professional manner
Drive efficient functional set-ups in collaboration with our external systems integrators to our business entities
Prepare, set-up and deliver project and end-user training
Work with data migration from old ERP systems
Engaged in support and play various roles in coordination of change management / control and problem management
Deliver Dynamics AX consultancy in alignment with the global/divisional settings and guidelines

Main long term deliverables includes
Successful ERP (AX) implementations in ASSA ABLOY (Time, cost, quality)
Well documented and structured functions in AX for companies using the system
Well trained users of Dynamics AX in ASSA ABLOY
Less Complexity in the IT landscape within ASSA ABLOY
Efficient support structures (service desk and application management) after AX implementations
