Objective of job (abbreviated)Develop, design and implement local parts purchasing process between DPTS and FJDA, as well as BBDC.Job description:Responsible for local parts available from FJDA/BBDCDetermine parts supply leadtime schedule with FJDA/BBDC.Responsible for parts supplied according to orders placed, agreed quality and arrived in warehouse on time.Follow-up supplier backorder situations. Communicate with FJDA/ BBDC aftersales for accelerating backorder release.Establish supplier delivery reliability monitoring, evaluate the delivery reliability development from suppliers.Responsible for parts delivery shortage, damage and wrong parts monitoring, communicate with suppliers for improvement.Special ManagementMaintain local parts master data.Analyze bottleneck and critical parts status, manage delivery processes.Coordinate local parts recall process.Supporting for local parts quality control. Conduct parts phase-in for local parts and phase-out imported parts process. Evaluate supplier’s performance and corrective measures.Adapt and improve the method and processes in order to develop supplier’s performanceSpecial projectAdapt and improve the method and processes for developing supplier’s performance.Qualifications & Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Supplier Chain / Logistics/Business Administration or equivalent.Without academic qualifications must have minimum of 5 years work experienceProfound experience in the supplier chain and/ or logistics business environment 2 to 3 yearsExperience in automotive business with foreign or local parts supply or logistics are an advantage. Supervisory and communications skillsKnowledge of automotive parts. Mandarin speaker with excellent command of spoken and written English. Detailed knowledge of supplier management concept, guidelines and processes. Work independently and pro-activeness. Team player. Computer literate.
