Objective of jobTo maintain and develop the margin system according to the requirment/change of the market situation. Calculate the reatil margin fulfillment of the network based on the margin system criteria and coordinate with the cross functional departments within MBCL during the margin evaluation process.To coordinate andconsolidate the annual retail target agreement process with MBCL cross functional departments’s PC and Parts targets within the retail nework. Evaluation of the target fulfillent potential from the network would also be performed and recommaned to the MBCL management.To optimize the dealer selection process in terms of candidate business plan & financial evaluation.To provide dealer business management techniques trainings to dealer principles, dealer groups, MBCL colleagues etcEstablish Business Management planning & monitoring system, help to improve dealer performance and monitor the dealership action plan excution. Target Agreement - Coordinate the network & retail target agreement process with MBCL cross functional departments - Monitor the target fulfillment form the retail network periodically2. Retail Margin System- Maintain and develop the dealer margin system to facilitate the business strategy defined by management- Review & approve the retail margin calcualtion and evaluation achieved by the retail network periodically3. Business planning & monitoring system - Develop business planning & monitoring mechanism including 3 years business plan template, dealer performance deviation analysis- Follow up with dealer action plan and implementation, keep monitoring the financial status through dealer reporting.- Conduct ad-hoc analysis subject to management needs4. Provide Business Management training on - Business management concept/introduction- Business management reporting- Dealer General Manager Training- Dealer Finance Manager Training5. Lead and develop the business plan & financial evaluation to facilitate dealer selection process.6. Department Budget & Spending coordination-Responsible for whole department budget coordination, including OP, forecast, budget transfer, reduction etc.-Coordinate with F&C on actual spending issues of ND department7. EBP process support-Responsible for EBP process implementation-Maitain the team budgetQualification requiredEducation Bachelor Degree, MBA is preferred. Fluent in Mandarin and English are essential.Experience Minimum 6 years of working experience, in which 3 years in business management, or a relative role. Minimum 3 yearsAutomobile industrial experience. Minimum 3 years multinantional company working experience.Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
