Objective of jobAssist to develop used car strategy/steering systems including but not limited to used car business model, strategy, trade-in policy, concept, flow chart and processes both at wholesales and the dealership. Implementation of these steering systems via the dealer contract, legal addendum, standards, process, and tools as required.Plan and execute the national network development plan, closely coordinate with other departments to ensure high standards of facilities and personnel while increasing the number of used car dealers in respective/identifies cities.Assist in measuring and evaluating SPO dealer’s used car business performance, profitability and target achievement as the bases to set up implementation plan and push the regional operation manager for follow up.Job designation1. Uses car strategy/steering development? Develop strategical concept for used car business model incl. policy, new products and services definition etc? Drive the business innovation, evaluate and revise (if necessary) relevant resources (addendum, dealer standard, process) to cater for the designed objectives and concept? Execute steering system to ensure it fulfill market, customer and internal requirement and expectation? Propose and implement more process and product Communicate, discuss and negotiate strategy, concept with all business partners2. Network development/dealer selection? Plan and execute used car network development plan according to policy, market potential etc? Initiate used car dealer selection process as required by network development plan ? Support launch of DMS according to the dealer establishment schedule3. Target Setting and Evaluation? Discuss and consolidate used car target for dealers? Jointly cooperate with regions to identify dealer performance issues and examine causes with regions. Review target fulfillment regularly as the bases for agreeing on action plans? Discuss and consolidate target for short-term program and campaign, evaluate and report performance4. Training/Consulting? Organize training/consulting project to ensure improvement of dealer competence? Develop questionnaire to collect trainee’s feedback with the purpose to evaluate training/consulting result? Continuously evaluate dealer’s training need in management ability, technical skill and operation skill to develop tailor made training/consulting content? Pass key findings of dealer’s problem via training and consulting and pass to other team for possible action plan5. Cross functional managementCross functional communication externally and internally to support various business related projectsQualification required1.Education: Bachelor degree in business management or MBA preferable 2.Experience: Background in the automotive industry (with successful proven record in used car area or business development will be preferred). High integrity person. Problem solver. Independent to make judgment but must be a team player.
