Objective of job Continuously manage and optimize business processes of MBCL, review and coordinate company policies and guidelines as well as conduct internal control management in the areas of maintaining MBCL Accounting & Financial Reporting compliance. Job designation1 Internal Control Management:Support manager to initiate yearly Internal Control Program, determine project scope and make project planSupervise and facilitate the progress of assessors’, reviewers’ work by providing consultation from accounting perspectiveConduct quality review and support manager in the areas of maintaining MBCL Accounting & Financial Reporting complianceCoordinate cross department communication to reach effective cooperation for control activitiesManage electronic and paper documentation on Internal Control Program and meet relevant reporting requirements from headquarter2 Process Management:Advise and facilitate business process development through workshops and meetings with process stakeholders, and ensure processes can truly reflect our daily operationsCoordinate and smooth cross-functional communication among different departments or functions to set up or update processesPeriodically initiate projects to achieve process standardization and optimization within MBCLMaintain business processes in standard format (hardcopy & softcopy), as well as upload and manage processes in T drive general folder 3 Policy and Guideline Coordination:Perform quality review of new or updated Policies and Guidelines Continuously provide consultation to guideline owners to support their update request and ensure the consistency between guidelines and daily operationsInitiate and faciiltate yearly review of Policies and GuidelinesCoordinate and smooth the cross-funtional communication among guideline owners to prevent conflicts on the guideline contentsUpload and manage guidelines in T drive general folder, Enterprise Rules Database and E portalQualification required Education Bachelor or above degree in Business Administration ExperienceMinimum 4 years working experience, in business & finance/controlling related disciplineSpecific knowledgeStrong Communication and project management skillPossess good presentation, negotiation & teamwork skills and business & intercultural sense Excellent written and spoken English skillsDynamic and pro-active personalityAccounting knowledge background and audit working experience are big plus
