Objective of job Assist in preparing and executing monthly Sales Planning according to management decision. Preparation and execution of monthly sales channel requirements planning and analysis of data. Allocation of vehicles to all MBCL Sales Channels (New Car Business, Fleet Sales, smart, Maybach / AMG and internal usage) based on the confirmed production programme. Assistance in yearly OP- / SP-Planning and preparation for management decisions. Preparation of Pricing and Product decisions to be introduced in China.Job designationMonthly allocation/ change request:Allocation of monthly production programme to all sales channels for PRCaccording to submitted requirements and keep them well informed about theallocation status. Communicate and input change request in VPPS and monitor production allocation. Ask for additional production requirement from DCAG as per the management’s approval.Allocation and tracking Homologation Vehicle. Presentation and evaluation of MB sales/ requirements/ production program and stock development for PRC.Short Term Planning (ISP, Kufri) / OP-Planning and Impact Planning:Prepare decision-making documents for management (Production and Sales)Execute detailed planning in ISP4D after management approval within given timeframe Preperation of planning related reports for MBCL Management: Presentation files and reports update for management usage, such as Kufri report, Kufri presentation, Dealer Requirements Analysis and lifecycle. Constant improvement of planning related processes in alignment with DAG and MBCL internal departments.Qualification required 1.Education: Education in business administration, statistics, supply chain management, SAP knowledge. 2.Experience: Automotive 3.Special Knowledge:Strong analytical thinking;Supply Chain Management;Sales Planning;Strong communication skills.
