职位描述:
Objective of jobMaintenance of HR IT system and further implementation tasks;Assist in interfaces of systems/software with system suppliers/service companies;Coordinate update of Daimler China policies in Employee Portal;Facilitate daily communication between KAs or employees with service providers e.g. Generali, Symphony etc.;Operation of compensation and benefits related administration tasks;Coordinate HR IT projects and provide support in implementation of new project to meet HR objectives and overall business strategy of the organization Support KAs on HR IT system issues. Job designationE-HR System (HRWT, EP)Daily operation and maintenance of HR IT system and further implementation tasks;Assist in interfaces of HR IT systems and softwares;Maintenance of policies in e-payroll system;Provide daily support to KAs for HR IT issues.Compensation and BenefitAssist in annual salary review process and other C&B related taskes;Assist in consolidation and analysis C&B related reports;Responsible for annual salary survey with consulting firms;Prepare annual review reports;C&B vendor management.Supporting and CoordinationCoordinate HR IT projects and provide support in implementation of new project to meet HR objectives and overall business strategy of the organization.Involved in staff orientation program by disseminating information regarding their compensation, benefits, allowances etc;Daily communication with Symphony, Generali Insurance and Mercer;Provide C&B info support to HR colleagues of JVs, BUs and Project teams, when neededCompensation and Benefit PolicyAssist to develop, revise, implement and explain C&B policyQualificationEducation Good in English writing and speakingCollege or above degreeOthers Absolutely trustful and loyalty, handling of high-confidentiality data/infoHigh rate of accountability and accuracyAbility to manage multi-tasks at the same timeHonest, hard-working, taking initiative and creativeTeam spirit and social competence, good organizational and communication abilitySpecific Knowledge Excellent computer skillsGood working knowledge of IT system and other database system.Excellent data management skills.Strong attention to detail.
