Objective:Execute the implementation of new releases of IMS system in the parts module with objective to align business needs and system functions. Do user training for staff and provide deployment support for the initial roll out and subsequent new releases of IMS parts business systems to ensure smooth running throughout China.Assist and interact with system owners to which DPTS IMS system has interfaces. Assist on system support and consultancy on parts business systems for DPTS to utilize them to achieve business goals.Contribute to system enhancement or business process optimization on parts business systems for DPTS to achieve the common objective of continuous improvement.Contribute to DPTS system integration of new customers to promote close cooperation between DPTS in parts aspects.Troubleshooting of system problems and acting as a contact point for the users in order to assist them in getting the issues solved together with the IT 1st level support. Interaction with software suppliers (ADP), IT departments of DAIMLER HQ, CoC, DNEA and MBCL. Writing reports and analyses on user and management request, using various IT tools (AUTOLINE ReportGenerator,Excel, Access, etc.) Job Content: 1. System implementation for rollout and new release (parts area)Check the content of new release. Verify and amend the content of existing parameters, documentations and reports to cope with the changes of new release.Perform integration testing of the new release on stage system.Assist in future implementations of IMS in parts related matters.2. System development (parts area)Perform quality check and integration test of new release or new functions in IMS.Collect feedback from key users and review the business needs to develop functional enhancement or business process optimization.Participate in the national and international user group meetings (parts area) to promote improvement. 3. System training and deployment assistance (parts area)Provide IMS training to key users in DPTS.Assist in the maintenance of training syllabus, training agenda and user manuals.4.
