JOB SUMMARY
The Plant Manager directs the manufacturing operations of a business unit through a team of functional managers and supervisors. Ensures increasing levels of customer satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials, machines, quality, productivity and on-time delivery. The Plant Manager ensures compliance with the corporate safety policy. The Plant Manager reports to the Vice President of the business unit.
